In the distance you can see the door leading to the large laundry room. This duplex is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit&lt;/span&gt;, with &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;large walk-in closets in each bedroom&lt;/span&gt;. The back of the duplex is a green belt... woods ...so you have no neighbors behind. I wanted to showcase one of the duplexes we have coming available for rent in the 100-110 Pinebrook Place area. Most of our units are unfurnished, but the floor plans are the same so I thought I'd show you this one to give you a better idea of size, since it has furniture in it. The units are about 900 square feet. They have two bedrooms and one bath, with washer and dryer connections in each and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We pay for the water bill and yard work.
