Fairmont Street Duplex

Hello, and welcome to Watson Properties.net. I wanted to give you a peek at our duplex on Fairmont. The address is 1520 and 1522 E. Fairmont. The duplex is just a few steps from the new walking trail on Bill Owens and Fairmont and is in a lovely quiet neighborhood of well maintained and well established homes. We maintain the yard, so you don't have to, if you don't enjoy gardening.

This photo shows a portion of the living room and on into the kitchen. In the distance you can see the door leading to the large laundry room. This duplex is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit, with large walk-in closets in each bedroom. The laundry room is lined with cabinets for extra storage and there is a large linen closet in the bedroom hallway.

Here you see a view of the Kitchen showing the stove, dishwasher and sink. We do not furnish the fridge because most of our applicants have their own, but arrangements can be made where we will procure a fridge for the tenant.

There are two nice-sized bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closet! We pay the water and trash pick-up bill for the tenant and the central heat and air are all electric.

It was a cool spring morning when we took this picture, but if you look closely you can see the fenced back yard with the privacy fence between yourself and your neighbor. The back of the duplex is a green belt... woods ...so you have no neighbors behind. There is sufficient room for two cars under the carport for each unit plus guest parking beyond it, as well.

Dancer Street Quads

Come take a look at the Dancer Street Quads. The address is 102 and 104 Dancer street!

The Dancer Street quads (there are two of them together)are in the popular Pine Tree School District. Dancer Street is just off Pine Tree Road north of the light at Shofner Road and South of the light at Reel Road! There is a laundry room with extra storage in each apartment. The apartments are large and the pictures
show the function and
relative size of the rooms.

Queen's Court Unit

Hi there!

I wanted to spotlight Queen's Court this time, so the following pictures show a few of the highlights there.

These are 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex units in the Pine Tree School District.

There are nice, wooden, privacy fences around the sides and back of each unit. Each unit has its own private garage as well as extra parking outside. Water and trash pickup bills are paid by us.

The units are all electric with stove, fridge, dishwasher and ceiling fans furnished in each unit.

There are walk in closets in the master bedroom and washer/dryer hookups in the garage.

The units are close to 1300 sq. ft. each and make a lovely clean home for a small family at a very affordable price. Come check it out!

Pinebrook Place Unit

Hi there!
Welcome to the site for Watson Properties. I wanted to showcase one of the duplexes we have coming available for rent in the 100-110 Pinebrook Place area. Most of our units are unfurnished, but the floor plans are the same so I thought I'd show you this one to give you a better idea of size, since it has furniture in it. The units are about 900 square feet. They have two bedrooms and one bath, with washer and dryer connections in each and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We pay for the water bill and yard work. The tenant pays for phone and electric.
